Empower GRIT may offer access to an online community hosted through GoKollab, a third-party platform.

GoKollab maintains its own privacy policy and terms governing its platform and may independently collect and process information when you create or use a GoKollab account.

Where Empower GRIT offers to facilitate creation or setup of a GoKollab account on your behalf, we will request your permission before providing the information necessary to facilitate that setup.

Choosing not to authorize Empower GRIT to facilitate account setup does not, by itself, constitute consent for us to create an account on your behalf.

You may instead be provided with information allowing you to register directly with GoKollab where that option is available.

Once you interact with GoKollab, information processed directly by GoKollab is also subject to GoKollab's own privacy practices and terms.

5. Community Participation and Information You Share

If you participate in an Empower GRIT community, information you choose to include in member-visible areas—such as your profile, posts, comments, or discussions—may be visible to other community members.

Please consider carefully what personal information you choose to share publicly or with other members.

Information that you provide privately through a separate Empower GRIT product or service is not treated as community content simply because you are also an Empower GRIT community member.

Members should not share another person's private or confidential information without appropriate permission.
